Home of Homosassa Famous Inosculation Tree
We like to call it The Marriage Tree. This Live Oak has surrounded This Royal Palm. Couples from all over the world like to visit our tree take photos and even renew their vows under this natural phenomena.
This incredible natural phenomenon, known as inosculation, happens when trees grow close to one another and their branches, trunks, or roots merge. Over time, their tissues blend, letting them share nutrients and water with each other—in true bestie fashion!
